A true test of quality is longevity. Garrison Homes built our home in year 2007 meeting all of our requirements and desired features. Throughout the construction, I saw them use good quality materials and workmanship. They were easy to work with and provided good experienced options that enhanced the construction of our home. During the construction, if things did not look correct to them, without discussion they removed the problem and started over again to achieve the quality they wanted to deliver. We are currently working with Garrison Homes on building a permanent home in southern Delaware. The entire team at Garrison has been engaged and helpful throughout the process, including when we needed to meet with the neighborhood HOA board on site to discuss our plans to address the drainage requirements. Our new neighbors have commented on how neat and clean Garrison has kept the work site which was greatly appreciated. We are excited to finishing our home project with Garrison Homes. Parker, Jenn Biggs, and the rest of the Garrison team have exceeded our expectations with our custom build in Kent County. From the planning and design process to now being in the home stretch, they have been attentive, responsive and incredibly helpful during each step of the process. Jenn and Parker both have answered every question we have had and made sure we are happy with every piece of our home. Though they’re building our forever home, if we were to build again - they would definitely be who we call!

Garrison builds a beautiful house! We built in Lewes in 2022. They listen to your concerns and are willing to change or be flexible on the fly. If you’re not happy with something, they make it right. One of the best parts of the construction process for me was Jenn. She was always available for me and also has a really good design eye.
