I want to say today that Riley the Mgr here has helped me tremendously, whether it was getting my rent and utilities for the month understood to helping me put in ALL requirements LEAP assistance requires. This alone was great because Leap puts on a very fast time period to get all of the requirements in less than 2 weeks. So Thanks Riley for true - Going on and beyond your duty!

The new management under Garrison edge has been doing a phenomenal job. I enjoy living here. very happy with the new changes that are made. The whole team is working hard and doing a great job.

Do Not Move Here! Horrible to deal with and still have not gotten the rest of my deposit back. It’s now middle of September and I moved out middle of May. I don’t know if they’re just inept in accounting office and management or if they’re just not trying to pay me the rest of my deposit, it should not take this long, it’s unacceptable at this point. Save yourself time from disputing their recollection of actually paying your bills to get your full deposit back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND going SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Now in different time zone on a different schedule, even harder to contact them.

Riley and the management team are professional, organized, and proactive when it comes to maintaining the community.

I advise you to save all the payment bills and also ask for proof of payments because when you leave the apartments, different bills arrive at you every month and they tell you that they are payments that they were not made and several different excuses. The truth is that it is the first time that I have a bad experience when I finish contracts in apartments, I would not return here, those who live here and those who will rent in the future wish them all the best and that they are cautious.
