Booked an appointment to view a house, fine, easy. Realtor Vicki showed up late, didn't introduce herself until we did, didn't bother to get the names right when writing back to us, and didn't seem interested in being there to help us. She showed up with no papers or knowing any information on the property she was showing us, didn't talk to us at all while showing the house until we said we were paying in cash, didn't have keys to unlock all of the doors (like in the garage or the sliding doors), and generally had the charisma of a stink bug that's hoping you haven't noticed it crawling across the floor.
