Garland Square

I have lived at Garland Square Apartments since October and I love it. My hot water heater went out and I told the office and it was late in the day, so I told them to wait till the next day. Well the next morning they came and looked at it and had it fixed that day. They cleaned up their mess and was very nice and friendly and told me everything that they were doing. I appreciated being updated on the progress. I know everyone that works here has been so nice and friendly and helpful. The office manager is very sweet. I am grateful to live at a place I love and enjoy. Thank you, Dora Zane

NO STARS..... I'm being forced to add one. If you have children, stay away! This is not a safe place to live. Office is NEVER open & they never answer the phone. The laundry room was once nice and you were able to do laundry without issue. Now, only 1 washer and 1 dryer work, the glass in the window is broke out, holes in the walls from tweakers hangout in there tearing up everything. These apartments have been invaded by tweakers and the office knows this. It's cheaper to keep them then to kick them out. These unwanted people have pitbulls running loose around the complex. They will run up to people and other dogs, everyone is scared to take their own pets out. Let's hope we get to use the swimming pool this year! 1 year out of 4 it has been open. You will regret moving here!!!!!

The apartments are nice, but the way management handles tenants and their complaints is awful. There are people living here that do not have properly working essential amenities that the complex is responsible for providing, and when they make a complaint or work order nothing gets done about it.

DON'T live at these apartments! Nothing hardly gets fixed...only 1 maintenence man(who was new so wasn't his fault)to try and fix any issues you have, the plumbing always backing up in the apartment or outdide and the smell was so bad. The bugs are bad when someone comes to spray they are in and of the apartment in less than 5/6 mins. Dealing with SWAT team,shootings and a fire....the cops are driving through there quite often! Went through 4 office managers. It wasn't bad at first but with every new office manager it started going downhill. The washer/dryers are always broke! If someone is looking for a place to live DON'T go to this place!!!!

Not Recommended unless you're a shut in and have bad credit I and my pet got bit by a homeless persons Bulldog that was off leash I had to get a tetanus shot and I called the vet because I'm on a set income and can't afford a vet bill the owner probably don't even have anything either nonetheless taking them to court to even find them. People that live here are letting homeless people of the streets stay with them Drugs are being sold and used in the laundry room and tear up the washers and dryers for money and breaking in abandoned apartments just squatting and or stealing other people's possessions we just had a major fire about 2 months ago 10 people were affected it took them they're just now starting on the roofs . Until the Management does something to prevent the safety of their Res
