Where do I start. This place is the scariest place I have ever lived in my entire life. The neighborhood all together needs to be clean up mopped and swept. So glad they got rid of that nasty manager she was not doing anything but threatening people because she don’t wanna do her amazing job. The only thing left here for POAH to do is get rid of the people starting problems in this neighborhood. It’s bad enough it is low income you got people breaking in homes and robbing people shooting people who live in the same neighborhood as them. Don’t dare move to this place unless you want to deal with a terrible area that you will need to watch your back as you walk down the street.

Terrible is not even close to the WORST word to describe this place. The way this place is being ran is by far ridiculous. I just pray for the tenants there. The property might look awesome on the outside but falling apart on the inside. The fact that the property manager is even still the manager is alarming everyone complains about how she is not doing her job. I wouldn't live at this place even if everything was free. Very unprofessional as well. RUN!!!

This is where I live Garfield hill is a very dangerous place to live you have young men's hanging around day and night they need to do something about that make it a law that people shouldn't be loitering around the complex very dangerous and very scary every other night they shooting I'm trying to move away from here
