GardenWalk of Coweta

I just moved in, however I love the environment and the people I've met.Everyone is so nice and respectful. The office staff rocks and listen when I address things...and maintenance work really hard to keep all tenants happy! I'm looking forward to my stay here and meeting more people..Thank u GardenWalk for giving me a new experience ❤️

I live here and the landlord Lori is amazing! I've lived here for almost 2 years and is an older complex but it is so affordable considering the prices and other apartment complexes. It's a cute quaint apartment and the buildings are set off from each other so it's like living in it duplex almost. Super pretty over here all the scenery outside and you can walk right across the parking lot you know how to worry about walking all the way around the corner or anything like crazy like that! Last I heard it was a 9-month waiting list roughly but some of the other complexes cost either after $2,000 or it's like a 4-year waiting list. So these are like 570 I think for two bedroom but they're also income-based as well. So it's a good place ♥️

My elderly father moved from out of town to be near family a few years ago. Garden Walk was home for dad. He loved his two bedroom apartment. It was clean, nice floors, nice kitchen, overall a quaint quiet place. The facility was well managed, the grounds taken care of, a playground was available when my kids came to visit their grandfather, and the facility was srict about being out on the playground at all times with a parent, which we were impressed with. The office staff was always available during business hours - over the phone or walk in. The staff worked with us when dad passed and was genuinely concerned for him and our family's needs. I would recommend Garden Walk Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

My opinion is that if corporate could make the tenants upstairs be less noisey and less disturbing kids are very very loud riding scooter's, sounds like a bowling ball dropping on the floor anyways they are just disrespectful, and drugheads live here and the cops know it but nothing is done about it and like someone else said marijuana smoke all over this place and I smell it coming through my vents and it's terrible and stinks 😝🤢 but office manager Lori Hasty she's a great person and helps with the tenants and does everything she can to get this place cleaned up she's a fantastic and awesome lady and her assistant she's awesome as well 👌but CORPORATE ya'll need to get something done!!!!!

Grounds are well kept. Must have good landscapers. I wish they had a pool because there appears to be many children living there.
