I’ve been here for 3 years now. Not one complaint. Anytime I’ve ever had to request maintenance, it’s always been taken care of the same day or the following Monday if it’s a weekend. Nick is awesome and so it our office manager, Mrs.Bunny. It’s not ran over with thugs or criminals and I feel safe. It’s super close to the public schools here, which is very convenient for me as a mom of 4 and they range from 5-18 years old. Taking them to school is easy and if they’d rather walk, it’s walking distance.
I love my apt. Bunny and Nick are very nice to me. Nick has always been quick to fix whatever needs fixed and Bunny had been so kind to me. My apt is beautiful. They keep the property clean. I never have any problems with them. There's nothing you can't discuss with them, they are very friendly. I would recommend people move here and i have already. Lol if you want a quiet, clean and friendly place to live this is the place for you
So grateful that me and my mom have a place to live. This is our first home me or my mom has ever had in our whole entire life and we’re so grateful that our journey gets to start here. We’re so grateful for Bunny. She’s so kind hearted and she’s always there. She gets right down to the problem. She’s amazing she’s honest and she’s all around an amazing person Nick the maintenance guy can’t get any better than him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ E.H
I'm So Very Grateful for having a Wonderful place to live . I don't have any issues with the Manager If Bunny knows there is a Problem with anything She Gets Right on it and Get it Resolved. I wouldn't want any other Manager or Maintenance Guy Nick . These Two People are great workers. I Can't express how Ms. Bunny and Nick are on Top of the situations if they are aware of them from us Tennants....
Just moved in and I’m loving these apartments. Grounds are nicely up kept, any problems are promptly dealt with. I had a leaky faucet and it was changed out for a new faucet the day after I reported it, and it’s working great now. No bugs, and nice quiet neighbors.
