2nd time we needed attention for an issue in our new apartment, it was taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction, new owners seem attentive to the needs of tenants, happy with the place so far

If you know anything about Tzadik Management, you would never move here. This is definitely the best property they have, and it still doesn’t reach bare minimum standards. Not enough parking, no plowing done, dirty/smelly hallways, dog feces/cigarette buds littered everywhere, etc. We escaped this place when they decided everyone just suddenly had to start paying water/trash and it took us a month to get our deposit back. Christina was a load of help during that process and knew we were in the right so props to her for that and I have no complains about her. There are SO many management companies in Sioux Falls that exceed the bare minimum standards at an affordable price. Check one of those out and steer clear from ANY Tzadik properties.

This apartment complex has a lot of problems. There is barely any parking available even with a garage, alarms are going off and not resolved for days, hallways are dirty, and etc. The management is not very good. It’s very hard to reach the manager and there is no office in the buildings anymore. There is no management phone number. My boyfriend and I had a little experience with our upstairs neighbor who spit his tobacco on us and threw food into yard and almost killed our dog. Manager said she did something about it but it never stopped. Maintenance cut holes in the outside hallway to our apartment cause we thought there was a washer leak but they never fixed the holes. I moved into Regency Properties owed Garden Villas December 21, 2018. The apartment was not the apartment promised as shown. What can you do with a U-haul and four movers on move in day? The apartment was not move-in ready and required 180-man hours to clean. Management was not available for a move-in walk through inspection. I noted several issues with the apartment, provided picture proof with no resolution. It took management a year to resolve erroneous late fee that was assessed. Management would not resolve numerous pet issues at the complex. I moved out of the property on 31 December 2021, it took the new management company Tzadik Management 90 days to return my deposit. I would not recommend any Tzadik Management property or Regency Properties to someone relocating to Sioux Fall
