Garden Village Apartments

My tour at Garden Village Apartments was excellent. Monica, the Leasing Professional, made me feel truly valued with her kindness and professionalism. I am so glad that GV is getting a facelift. New installation, complete roof tear off and new windows. It’s wonderful to see. I love my community and I get along well with my neighbors also we help one another and communicate, which is the strength of our unit. I do wish that the communication between the office and the residents to develop than what it currently is. It would have been nice to know that major repairs were going to take place 15-30 days prior to the work beginning. This development has so much potential but due to the lack of communication or little from the office, lack of maintenance workers, concerns are left unaddressed.

The leasing office is wonderful big shout out to them all !! they take concerns very seriously and will do the best they can to Make it right🙂 I really enjoy my new home🏡

The Garden village apartments are wonderful. The neighbors are friendly and the environment is very clean. The staffing is extremely helpful Monica attended to all my needs and wants in a timely fashion. She is kind, respectful and overall GREAT with handling anything brought to her attention. I would recommend these apartments to Anyone ❤️

The Garden village staff is a great Team! They treat all the residents like family. this place is quiet with great facilities, swimming pool, fitness center, basketball Court and a picnic area for your family to enjoy. The inside of the apartments are also great with up-to-date appliances that you need. The rooms are spacious and fully carpet. A special bonus you have your own personal balcony space to enjoy !! The maintenance team is really quick to respond when needed .(also a plus) overall I am very pleased with the apartment complex.
