Garden View Apartments

My wife and I lived here for 5 months and this apartment complex was a perfect fit for our situation. We needed a complex that did month to month and was fairly priced and garden view apartments met what we were looking for. We lived there from April until August and it got pretty hot in Bakersfield. Our electricity bill was pretty high, we believe it was because we were on the second floor. Management was very friendly and considerate. Although we had a minor flood/fire in the laundry room that caused the laundry room and swimming pool to be closed, management made it up to us by giving us fair deals upon moving out of the complex to go back to school. I am giving them a five star rating because from move in to move out they really helped my wife and I out. Thanks Garden View Apartments!

During our stay at Garden View Apartments, we have truly enjoyed what a great complex and location this is. All of the features are new and updated. The neighbors are friendly and the manager is very sweet and consistently helpful in regards maintenance and any questions asked. My fiancee and I would highly recommend it!

Bed bug warning! We noticed bed bugs when we first moved in and alerted management and they blamed us. Made us pay $500+ for treatment and $200 for carpet cleaning. We pulled up the carpet and found hundreds of bugs under it. The manager threatened to evict us if we told the other residents. Other residents told us the same thing happened to them be careful.

I lived here about a year and it was really a nice place. The manager and the asst. manager are the best. If you ever have any problems they take care of it that day. I miss this place and the people there.

Manager and assistant was awesome!!!!! I moved from Louisiana to California for work and needed a place! Ms. Mary helped me so much and I appreciate it! Nice and convenient place to stay!!! Thank you staff!
