Garden Square Apartments

This apartment complex is a complete joke. They never have steady management. They never get anything fixed on time don’t move here. This place has a horrible bug problem. There’s never anyone to speak to when you need an issue taken care of with your apartment. Maintenance request take forever Had a bathroom leak coming from the upstairs apartment and they only have fixed it. I still have drywall that’s not painted over. The pictures you see on Google are definitely not tell alls. I highly suggest going to this location and looking at it before you decide

I love the place. Management is terrible. I was a tenant. I have 30 days to get my stuff out. The apartment complex changed owners. When I made a new appointment to get my things. Everything of value was gone. Neither apartment Management wanted to take responsibility for my missing things..

Terrible place to live. In three months they changed managers 4 times. When it's rains the apartments flood. The management team is very rude and they really don't care about the tenets.

Great apartment complex they’re under new management and the place is looking a lot better the apartments are spacious and remodeled.

I done tried to get in touch with them no one Never in office . The number that they have on the office door dosen't work. I don't think the people who runs this place knows what they are doing and they are very unprofessional when come to handling business
