Garden Park Apartments

I came to Garden Park Apts to inquire about living here. Eric Wilson the apt mgr was extremely thorough and very helpful. Eric has a level of understanding people with there wants and need and concerns. I am pleasantly pleased with my apartment and the services Eric has demonstrated. I love my Apartment. Thank you Eric Wilson and Garden Park Apartments. I plan on staying here until my time ends. Thank you.

Moved in a little over a month ago and I would like to give a detailed review for anyone thinking about moving here. First, the manager Eric has been amazing so far. I was slightly worried about on sight management due to past experiences but he’s been nothing but helpful. We viewed an apartment and moved in within a week. We did have issues with our a/c but it was fixed quickly. The dishwasher had mold when we moved in, Eric ordered us a new one which I really appreciate. I’ve had apartments give me trouble before with my emotional support animals but Garden Park was very accommodating which is another plus. They do pest control sprays monthly. This is the first place I’ve lived I’ve never seen a roach, I’ve seen maybe one little spider in a month. They clean and repaint the apartments in

Eric and his team are responsive, the grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are beautiful. I highly recommend this property to anyone searching for an apartment in the Sapulpa area.

Eric was super helpful in getting us approved and moved in, in a quick and timely manner! We needed to move out pretty quickly and I was very pleased with the entire staff and how accommodating and helpful they were. My boyfriend and I are first time apartment renters and this was a very stressful time for us and they made everything super easy! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place! :)
