Under audit and facing a lawsuit per the owner. An issue with my title was not disclosed to me and I was informed by a process server. I never spoke to the same individual more than once and out of an abundance of grace, I am not naming individuals in my review. However, issues are systemic. The closing was sloppy, disorganized, and mismanaged. My calls and emails went unanswered. Negligent. There are competitive options in Creek County. Shop for your title services.

As an investor I do 2-4 closings a year so have some experience with title companies and they were great to work with. Organized and straight forward in the processing. Worked with bank very well. Nice people to work with. Great prices too on title work.

These people need to get it together. They're the ones that are supposed to know what's going on. They're definitely not helpful. They're needing to learn how to do their jobs, so that their customers stop being screwed by their actions.

I've used them twice now for buying and selling a home. They're quick to respond and hassle-free. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of abstracting/titling services.
