This is a nice, quiet little complex hidden in really the best location in Lake Jackson. I really liked the two level unit. Nice new modern appliances and renovations. You should check them out.

The apartments are worth the money. Management is GREAT. As long you are a reasonable DECENT human being. The tenants have all been the actual problem and have been very well dealt with lately. There is no violence or theft as far as i can tell. Or drugs. Or loitering that is offensive or obnoxious. Dogs seem to be the main issue and have also been very thoroughly addressed up to right now! "Pitbulls" have been SNEAKED in by residents and have been removed immediately! Unless they are registered service animal. Those are also not the problem causers! So stop misjudging. Also not all that look like a "pitbull" are, and are allowed in accordance to breed rules/laws. Also, small dogs are sometimes the worst. There are only a couple running loose.
