Garden House of Park Forest

Very nice place to live. Apartments are lovely and more than enough space. People are very friendly and helpful. Olga, Carol, Joe and Frank are a great staff. Something to consider is that you can't have both air conditioning and heat capabilities throughout the year. The air gets turned on in mid-May and then shut down in November according to the staff's discretion. So if you get an unseasonably hot day in April, there's no a/c. I have had to stay with a friend when that happens cuz I'm on the top floor and it gets HOT and it happens every year. Other than that, I'm really blessed to live her and very grateful.

If you want a nice quiet place to live this is it. The apartments are very nice and have plenty of room. The only setback is no washer/dryer in the apartments like so many of the newer apartments have.

I've been living here for almost 2 years and I love it, Olga, Carol and Joe, are great managers and maintenance staff, very friendly caring and professional. My fellow tenants are so nice and welcoming, apt. is huge, clean and very comfortable I would surely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe peaceful and friendly atmosphere for either themselves or a loved one!

Garden house apartment house is a well maintained building for seniors, who can care for themselves, there is a full laundry room on the premises as well as a workout room on the main level of the building. It has ten floors of apartments and a lobby for residential use as well as guests washrooms. It has a small kitchen and dining room area for special occasions.

Garden house is a well kept senior community building. I have had friends living there over 30+ years. Staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. Do not know of anyone having an unprofessional experience. Security and safe living is a genuine asset. Keep up the great work, atmosphere, and environment!
