Sydney was very informative and answered all our questions. She knew the area and went above and beyond. She provided a great tour and when we were hesitant based on the reviews she reassured us and was honest which is what we wanted. The maintenance staff was very friendly in the office. Seems like a great team. Hope to move there soon!

After the initial growing pains of switching to a new company, living in Central Park Apartments have been like night and day. Huge shout out to Sydney in the front office, she had to balance the aches and pains of the company transitioning to a new system and many of the residents getting new info at the same time as her. She was very clear and concise about what she knew and didn't. Enrique changed out our broken blinds and fixed the toilet within the last week, which is way faster than it used to be. Maintenance so far is no longer trying to deminish issues, and will fix them rather than pushing them off. Our heating hasn't gone out this winter after the new maintenance repair, compared to last year when we would have to ask them to fix it every month during the winter. Keep up the g

I must admit....things have definitely changed for the better around here! With new owners and management, I can firmly say that progress has been made to make a better living. Last week, I had to have the hot water tank replaced and David (from maintenance) came in and did an awesome job. I also met the Darren (maintenance supervisor) and he let me know that more changes to come in the near future. I'm impressed with this new change of scenery!

I moved in about 8 months ago. Today my place was freezing all day. I called the office and they sent someone right away. The ignitor had gone out and the fan was blowing cold air. Diego and Enrique stayed after hours to fix the problem and made sure I had heat tonight!! I really appreciate the prompt attention to this issue. They were friendly and professional.
