DO NOT BUILD WITH CASTLEROCK IN THIS COMMUNITY We chose to build with CastleRock because we loved their model home. From the beginning, we made it very clear that we wanted our home to look like the model we were shown. However, once the exterior of our home was completed, it looked completely different. The stone was much darker, and the brick and mortar were not even close to what was on the model home.We immediately brought this to CastleRock’s attention. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they told our agent that nothing could be done and that we should either accept it as-is or get our earnest money back. When our agent asked for the sales representative’s supervisor or manager’s contact information, he did not provide it.After a lot of effort, our agent eventually reached higher

My husband and I were looking for the perfect home for our little family and we came across Castlerock communities. We spoke to Stephen G. and he did such an amazing job in finding us a home that would fit our needs. He made the home buying process very smooth and has been so polite / helpful throughout our experience. As new homebuyers, we had so many questions, and he has helped us navigate through them all. He has done a great job communicating to us, and updating us on everything we need to know on his end, on a timely basis. He even took the time on his day off to show up to make sure our new home walk through was going well. That is great customer service! DO NOT BUILD WITH CASTLEROCK! What started off as a great experience turned to the worst! My husband and I found this community and immediately fell in love once we seen the model and decided to build with CastleRock. In the beginning Stephen was very helpful but once we started to notice the brick and stone on the house were not what we wanted. We immediately brought it up to Stephen that it wasn’t correct all he could say was that it was natural rock and that’s how it’s going to be. We spoke to several other builders and sales people and showed them and they even said that it was totally off. All Stephen could offer was take the house as is or cancel and get earnest money refunded. We also had our agent try and talk to him and he wasn’t having it told him the same and when asked for uppe
