Reposting the review because the management company deletes bad reviews! Living in this apartment complex has been one of the most frustrating housing experiences I’ve ever had. The buildings are terribly insulated, to the point where you can hear every single noise from the floors below you — footsteps, running down halls, crashing into walls, slamming doors, you name it. It’s especially infuriating when you’re paying a premium to live on the top floor and still feel like you’re living inside someone else’s apartment. Management is equally disappointing. They are unresponsive, inconsistent, and unwilling to help when issues arise. If you’re hoping for flexibility, don’t. They refuse to assist with early lease termination or even allow a transfer to another unit within the same complex,

I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff and receptionists are always kind and incredibly helpful whenever I have a question. I’ve also been impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds to requests. The amenities are top-notch, and I especially love the Amenify service—it’s been so reliable and handy for ordering groceries or food when I don’t feel like going out. Highly recommend this community!

Takara made the experience of touring and applying for properties that much easier and less stressful for me. She is extremely resourceful and has a way with people that make them already feel at home, an important detail. Takara deserves to be recognized and even rewarded for this, throughout my entire experience of viewing apartments I haven’t met someone as helpful and genuine as Takara.

I personally love renting here. I have no complaints at all. The staff is very professional. The buildings are always immaculate kept and their response time to maintenance request are almost immediate. The only thing I am sadden about is that the amenities have been strict from the tenants that deserve to use it. They have time restrictions on all the common areas such as the gym, lounges and barb b q areas. It's not fair to those that follow the rules and are considerate of neighbors. I usually like to work out at 7am. Because I start working at 9 and must leave by 8. And of course I am not able to work out before the gym closes at 9pm as well as all the common areas. That is not fair to those who work. Also they took away the complementary coffee station and water in the refrigerators.

Do NOT rent from Garden Community. Dangerous company. We trying for a year to write a reviews with pictures about the horrible condition of how their apartments became, just after a few months you move in, and how they illegally scamming people with a higher amount in the bill than the one specified in the contract. But Google and Yelp deleting all our reviews for a fee. Look in the picture the situation their apartments become, after a few months living there. And deliberately they do not fix. Because, at the end of the lease he’s going to hold your Security Deposit, lying that you didn’t return the apartment in good condition.
