The Upton

My wife and I along with our golden retriever moved in last June. I can honestly say the staff of the Upton are among the best you are going to find anywhere. They are exceedingly warm and friendly and they listen and do all they can to help. The folks that maintain the building itself are very diligent and keep things absolutely beautiful. After moving from our home in Northwest NJ for over 30 years we had a disappointing experience in Parsippany. However we are VERY happy at the Upton. The amenities are terrific and as I said you can’t beat the people who work here. Bravo to them and keep up the good work!

I had a wonderful experience living at Upton. The apartments are beautifully decorated with a high-end finish, featuring tall ceilings that make the space feel open and bright. Everything is always kept very clean, and the community itself is welcoming—everyone I met there was kind and helpful. The amenities are also excellent, making day-to-day living comfortable and convenient.

Love it so far. The gym, the pool/hot tub, and other facilities are amazing. The work room is actually not available, but that's not a big deal. The management is helpful, friendly and efficient. Maintenance is super responsive too. The only issue I have with this place is that the building is hardly soundproof. My upstair neighbor's heavy footstep can easily wake me up at night.

Leticia and Erga at the Upton create an environment that has always been very warm and welcoming. They both eagerly and most efficiently assist in solving whatever concerns I have with enthusiastic attitudes and exemplary problem solving skills. They are also both kind and caring and help make the Upton a wonderful place to live.

I’ve had such a great experience working with Leticia & Erga at the leasing office here at the Upton These Two are incredibly helpful, patient, and always makes time to answer my questions — whether it’s about maintenance requests, lease details, or just general building info. They go above and beyond to make residents feel heard and valued, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the community here. There professionalism is matched by their kindness, and every interaction I’ve had with Erga or Leticia has been smooth and positive. It’s rare to find people so reliable and approachable — we’re really lucky to have her here!
