Broker collected a cash showing fee- supposely for an application to show a rental apartment. Did not want a check or money order- only cash. When i asked for a receipt, she gave me a hand written receipt. SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSED to COLLECT ANY CASH TO SHOW A RENTAL APARTMENT. Beware......if you look like a minority......Barbara will trick you into a payment. Bad Business..... She also, streered me away from looking at other neighborhoods, stating that there were gangs and crime. ALL Lies.
