Mr. Arthur Anderson, was over the top. He prepared the necessary paperwork for the listing, Then explained each item in the paperwork that I needed to sign. He explained all of the things the realty would handle and what I would be expected to do. Because i was working under a deadline, he produced an incredible of possible purchasers. His open houses were very well attended, and he was upfront with all potential buyers about all aspects of the sale.
