Gantry Apartments

I’ve lived here long enough to give a fair and balanced review. The positives first: the property generally feels safe, and the apartments themselves are fairly quiet. I’ve never had issues with break-ins and, overall, safety has not been a concern for me. That said, there are several ongoing issues that haven’t been resolved and have ultimately led to my decision not to renew my lease. Assigned parking has been a constant problem. Although I pay monthly for an assigned spot, I’m often unable to use it because multiple different unauthorized vehicles park there. Enforcement is inconsistent, and the towing company is extremely difficult to reach and unreliable. I’m not willing to give up a paid parking spot that I can rarely use. Pet waste is another issue. We have been here since June and absolutely love it here! The staff are always so helpful the apartments are wonderful! Having access to a gym, pool, newly added pickle ball court and small play area for children have been great as well! The neighbors are also friendly. It stays quiet and we have no issues with anyone or anything. Very safe place to be. Highly recommended!

The property is brand new and everything is very nice. I can’t wait until the pool opens for the summer. Karen has been absolutely wonderful throughout the rental process and after move-in.

Been here for a little over a month. Overall my wife and I enjoy living here. Units are high quality and nice amenities as well, although gym is a little small. Only issue I have is the trash. I came from an apartment complex that offered valet trash for a small monthly fee, which is something Gantry might want to look into. Only option for trash here is to walk it to the compactor, which is often overflowing (disgusting) or not working properly. Otherwise a nice place to live. Ignore reviews complaining about parking, there’s plenty.
