We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with the whole family, and the pool area even has two giant TVs—perfect for relaxing and watching games. The house was very clean, with nice furniture and spacious bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV, and there are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. The basement bar was a great added bonus, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The outside of the property is beautiful—big, clean, and very well maintained. There’s a nice deck, and the house features a wraparound-style patio that many of the rooms have direct access to, which we loved. Reason for the low rating is that this particular company was the one who was listing and it was extremely hard and difficult to correspond to - When called a lady called Brittany was a contact listed and when speaking to her it felt as if someone was talking to a bot or worse a robot with a bad voice. The house was not cleaned upon arrival , cobwebs all around ! The response on the Airbnb channel was ridiculously slow , did look like they have some mix and matched reviews for the 3-4 months they were managing this place and although the house was great - the service we got from this company was lacking in all aspects , no tissue paper , kitchen roll and on asking were told that the owner

All in one! I mean property management, property improvements and real estate. We have the best experience so far with the company! Jermiah and his team is amazing. We just bought a property in Poconos area. This company helped us to get STR permit approval for the property and gave us new ideas for improvements....still working on it. Very soon this property will be up and run!

The property itself has been well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a property management company that truly values its tenants, but they’ve made me feel taken care of and at home here. If you’re looking for a place where the management actually listens and makes living stress-free, I highly recommend them. I’ve been here for a couple of years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here from my home state.
