Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had with a realtor in my life. I'm in the process of trying to find a regulatory agency to complain to. Century 21, specifically Lisa Ivan in Lake Harmony (Pennsylvania), took advantage of our family during a time of grief with the passing of a relative.
