It's a small town. I was born and raised here. I moved away and came back to settle recently. For the most part, this place is still the same, same buildings, same schools, same neighborhoods. I have a lot of good memories of running around downtown going to El Morro to catch the latest movie, looking for moccasins at Gallup Electric. Also, not everything is the same. Downtown is more diverse and there is a different energy - eclectic one - arts, still the traditional native vibe but now there is a more modern art vibe here. Food is always good and comforting from Mexican to Indigenous to American. There is always something good going on here. Oh sure, there is crime here but sirens don't blare every minute of the day. I would not recommend this re-estate agency to anyone. I was in contract to buy a property and at the same time before the closing they were trying to switch me to another property. I was told that they were talking the seller down on the price when I had the money for purchase. They gather information to build up their own company and were not able to get me the property I wanted to purchase. Their house buying process took three months which ended up in no deal. I worked with Century 21 4 yrs ago and the process of buying a property only took just about a week.
