Over promises and under delivers. Warning: Catch Miss Amparo on a bad day and her telephone response to a simple inquiry regarding the sales process can turn acerbic and defensive. Her very unprofessional behavior and combative communication caused me to lose confidence and trust in her ability to carry out the list of duties and responsibilities I paid a commission for her to execute. I had to restrict communication from her solely to emails and texts. She makes many claims that she cannot fulfill. Very disappointed.

Amparo is an outstanding realtor and the best I have seen in Gallup area. Hard-working, honest, responsive, and smart. Nothing more you could want in a realtor.
