I said I didn't have hot water for a couple of days the new management was on it and it was fixed like this awesome job thank you so very much five stars

We like it it's quite and they try hard to keep up the maintenance and they are strict that's a very good thing for people who respect having a place to live and feel safe.

I have lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it, Mrs Jeanie is fabulous, Anytime I need something done in my apartment she takes care of it immediately ..Mr Tony is amazing he's our maintenance guy, he is on top of things here. So I highly recommend the gallery.

The manager “Ms, Jeanie” or whatever her name may be was very rude and impatient. Made me not even want to pay application fee. She rushed me for my check stubs, and as I was finding the address to my previous job cooperation she said “just hurry up and find an address.” I explain to her it was an on the road job and I was having a hard time. She continued to bang her fist in the desk and shoot me nasty looks as I took my time. Made me feel very un wanted and I would never do business around her again. And even the phone calls she took, she talked nasty about people after she hung up. But property was very clean is the only good thing I can say. I have no shame my name is J’Vin Francis

Grounds are kept clean,and tenants are friendly. I had a couple issues in my kitchen when I moved in . Management kindly heard me out and quickly had problems fixed.
