Renter beware. The building has bad water damage. Floods regularly. They don't fix the problems and now the ceiling is peeling. The ceiling fan has fallen before. Mgmt does NOTHING. she doesn't open the office, never answers the phone, does not fix anything.

I have been calling for over a month to speak with someone about an apartment for my mother. No one ever answers. I booked an appointment online and got no response. I even went in to speak with someone. I could hear people in the office, but no one answered the door when I knocked. Residents that were walking by told me that it is always like this, and that you can never get in contact with management. It’s sickening and beyond ridiculous.

DON'T DO IT‼️‼️RUN🏃🏽‍♀️FAR/FAST. NEW MGMT. DESPISES SENIORS AND LETS U KNO SHE DESPISES U‼️ENTIRE BLDG. IS FILTHY & ROACH INFESTED. STAIRWELLS R TRASHED. AIR IS TURNED OFF IN THE HALLS/ACTIVITY ROOM BUT ROACHES LAY IN THE HALLS FOR WEEKS. TRASH ROOMS HAVE BEEN LOCKED FOR OVER A YEAR & WE MUST TAKE OUR TRASH TO THE OUTSIDE DUMPSTER. CHAIRS 🪑 R LITERALLY BROKEN IN THE COMMON AREAS W/HANDWRITTEN 📝 NOTES ON THEM. MAINTENANCE WALKS AROUND ON HIS PHONE ALL DAY‼️HE DOES NOTHING. FRONT DOOR IS DUCT-TAPED FOR YOUR SECURITY. BACK DOOR IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 24/7. HOMELESS MEN ROAM THE HALLS FROM MIDNITE- 5amTHIS IS THE FILTHIEST COMMUNITY IN SMYRNA. TEENS LIVE W/THEIR GRANDPARENTS AND NOTHIN'S DONE ABT IT. GIRLFRIENDS LIVE W/THEIR BOYFRIENDS. A PIT🐶 BULL IS HOUSED IN A BLACK CAR DAILY AND BROUGHT IN

Dont let the outside fool you. Roaches, trash, and my mothers ceiling fan is falling out of the ceiling. This is the 2nd time it happened

Very disappointed in the response time for inquiries on apartment availability. I have been reaching out for over a month via phone and email and still have not heard back.
