Current resident here ! I moved in one of these units in Nov of last year I should have known better after viewing every house they showed me which all looked like a drug houses !!!! They happened to have an apartment building that had just been rehabbed everything was new in the unit and the price was decent so we moved forward. Move in day it was like they did a bait and switch the Fridge and stove that we viewed during walk through that was covered in plastic were not the ones I seen when we viewed the unit ! The stove had not been cleaned it was gross on the inside the fridge was dirty dust was all over the unit from construction and my keys didn’t work for entry . They sent someone out to clean it but couldn’t explain the bait in switch but what could I do at this point my other apart

I scheduled a showing for an apartment and was really looking forward to seeing it. I arrived on time and waited over an hour — no one from the property management team ever showed up. There was no call, no text, no apology, nothing. It’s completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for people’s time. If this is how they handle appointments, I can only imagine what it’s like trying to get maintenance or support as a tenant. Very disappointing experience.

This company is a complete joke. I scheduled a showing, confirmed the time, and showed up early — only to be left standing outside for over an hour. No one ever showed up, no call, no message, nothing. They completely wasted my time and clearly have zero respect for potential tenants. If this is how they treat people before you even sign a lease, imagine how terrible they must be once you actually live there. Totally unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth your time or energy. Stay far away from this place.

I had an awful experience with this property management company. I scheduled an appointment to view an apartment, confirmed the time, and showed up early — only to be left waiting for over an hour. No one ever showed up, and no one even bothered to call or message to let me know what was going on. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they manage their properties or respond to residents. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Make sure you have someone with you on walk through for any of their properties before you sign a contract with them to make sure there aren't any structural problems. Our place has had several MAJOR maintenance issues that have been duct tape fixes or not fixed at all. They have HORRIBLE customer service and try to be sneaky about charging for things that are not the tenants responsibility. I do NOT recommend anyone leasing through this garbage company.
