Galbraith Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

I just came here to say thank you to Chas the Community Manager. Not only is my townhome beautiful, but my heater went out. I put in a ticket 15 minutes later he was here with space heaters and ready to fix it. He absolutely fixed it. No space heaters needed. Clean community and grounds well kept. Extremely quiet.

Please sincerely read this review and think before you visit.... This place has only gotten worse. Office staff does not respond, or are barely in office. As well they don't give the slight impression that they care what occurs here. So if you have an issue you better find a way to resolve it yourself. The property is often messy with trash and bottles everywhere. They have brought in people into this complex that disturb and disrespect their neighbors and common space constantly with no consequence. This complex used to be nice but since the change of management it has gone down hill and several people are looking to move out. If I were you, I would consider other options.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The property is well-kept, the environment feels safe, and everything has been smooth since I moved in. I haven’t had any issues so far, and maintenance and staff have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s been a very positive and comfortable place to call home.

Galbraith Pointe is a great place to live! It’s quiet, clean and my neighbors are really nice. I live in the townhomes and they are extremely spacious! Definitely worth every penny!

You can't get any sleep out here they let people play loud music and don't try to do anything about it. They don't answer the phone and charge late fees to you tell you they gone be removed and never do then try and evict you because you waiting for them to take it off and they never do, so you end up paying a late fee that's their fault. It's 1:56 I have to be up at 4 am and a car is outside my building they smoking weed with their music loud. ALL the money you pay out here there should be quiet hours my old place had it it's out of respect for working class people. But do you think they care NO ! Tried of reporting things and nothing gets done. If you want peace and to be able to sleep please avoid these apartments.
