The Gables is fantastic! Monica and her team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home from day one. Everyone is friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed. The entire complex is maintained to a very high standard and kept clean on a daily basis, which really makes a difference. The location on Lake Baldwin is absolutely perfect, offering beautiful surroundings and a great atmosphere for walking or relaxing outdoors. In addition, there are plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and everyday conveniences just a short distance away. I am extremely happy to be living in one of these highly sought-after apartments and would recommend The Gables to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

I recently toured this property and had a great experience overall, largely thanks to the leasing agent, Michael. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made the tour feel rushed. Touring properties back to back can feel overwhelming, but Michael made it an enjoyable experience. I was left with a very positive impression of the property. I would definitely recommend touring here, especially if you get the chance to work with Michael.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve had my eye on this building since it first broke ground and watched every phase of its construction. The fact that it’s built entirely from concrete—especially here in Florida—is a huge plus. Unlike the wood-frame buildings going up everywhere, this one feels solid, secure, and built to last. You truly get what you pay for. My apartment is huge! I chose the A5 layout, and coming from a two-bedroom, I worried it might feel tight. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The design is incredibly spacious, and you can tell quality was a priority in every detail. The amenities are absolutely top-tier—elegant, sophisticated, and thoughtfully curated.
