Gable Oaks Apartment Home

I had an appointment with Karl today (16:00)! He was at lunch. " That's what I was told" I waited til 16:15 and he was a no show! So I left the perimeter and kindly thanked the other lady that was so kind. I've already reached out to the call center, but that's overseas!? My experience with Gable Oaks Apartments, not professional, with exception to, the kind lady! Lost for words, as I'm being polite!

Karl was amazing in making my transition from another state seamless. Clean and clear communication, professional, and very attentive. Wouldn’t see this transition happening as smooth without him. True Allstar!

The place that Karl showed us was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He was so professional and easy going! He kept it real with us and NEVER made us feel like we have to rush through everything! I would recommend speaking to Karl if you’re thinking about moving here he’s the bomb!!!!! 🥰💛

Denise Alicea has been fantastic and extremely helpful!! She’s been very detailed and explained so much about every part of the move in process; if you’re moving in here, definitely try to get her to help you if you can!
