I loved working with Harlan! A real estate agent is the most important part of a person's home search, and Harlan is the guy you want on your side when you're house hunting. Quick to respond to emails/texts, honest about potential pros and cons of the houses you're looking at and just an overall great person to work with. Harlan helped us sell our house in Irondequoit and buy one in Clifton Springs and I frequently say that I wish I knew more people buying/selling their homes so I could refer them to Harlan. If you need a good, knowledgeable realtor, choose Harlan. I've worked with several solid realtors and he's the best of the best. He teaches us things to look for that indicate a quality build, points out defects that we need to be aware of, and provides a wealth of information regarding details of the state of the market, as well as economic and mortgage considerations. My fiancée and I are currently in the market to buy and it has been challenging. He helps maintain the wind in our sails and is very patient. He never exerts any pressure and only provides knowledge.
