My experience as a tenant with Fusilier Management Group was great from start to finish. Laura, my property manager, was absolutely amazing—always professional, kind, and attentive. While the property itself had its fair share of issues, Laura made sure every concern was handled promptly and respectfully. Upon move-out, I left the unit in clean condition and received my full deposit back within two weeks. The office staff was also friendly and helpful throughout my lease. Horrible service after living in the same property for 7 + years they kept my security deposit , never replacing the carpets mandatory by law, my tenancy was in Orlando, FL 32832. Upon moving out, I was charged for cleaning and repair of the dishwasher that never worked, missing light bulbs, . Despite providing photos and emails documenting the poor condition of the property at the start of my lease, I was still charged $700 for an old dishwasher replacement and $180 for minor cleaning (even though the house was left in better condition than when I received it), $100 for spares left thinking of the next tenant of refrigerator shelves left outside the patio. and $120 for alleged missing light bulbs.
