Fulton Homes - Meadows at Barney Farms

Our home did take almost 18 months to be completed, which was frustrating... but, now that we moved in, we're impressed with the quality of the home (just had very minor fixes) and the Fulton team has been very responsive throughout the entire build process as well as with post-closing. Lynn was our sales rep and she was very professional and kept us sane during the long process :) The community is absolutely breath taking, especially at night when the lights shine around the entire lake. We are so in love with our Fulton home and the beautiful community they have created. We can't wait for the pools to be open and start kayaking and fishing the lake!:-) Good job, Fulton!

Warning you need to get second options on electrical work! I closed on our house had a warranty claim for electrical box pooping breakers ever now and then, unlicensed electrician said it's normal and due to high heat outside. Fulton said because I never paid a license electrician for a second option too bad they will not warranty now that it's popping a couple times a week. Multiple home owners in Ironwood Crossing have the same issue but Fulton won't even talk to us about it. Fulton also refused after 5 times coming out fixing the garage door issues because I never kept reporting right away but can't report if it is not raining so I guess I should have got hose and sprayed the door! Fulton also block me from social media instead of answering questions and so no one saw their issues.

My wife and I were walking our dog around the lake checking things out. A security guard came and told us we were on private property. We said ok and started heading back to our car. He approached us again and repeated himself. Not sure how he was expecting us to get back to our car. If we were considering moving into there, we aren't now. He was super rude!

Security guard has been observed multiple times harassing KIDS !! for fishing like really what in the hell is really going on they are fishing and kids I’m sure they could be out doing a whole lot worse than sitting there fishing because if you’re so worried about your lake why even build it and if you wanted it to be a private Lake, you should’ve gated the whole community. It’s ridiculous.

These Fulton Homes are absolutely beautiful. The area is awesome and our sales consultant Art made it easy and fun to work with. We are excited about our next adventure at Barney Farms.
