Fulton Cotton Mill Loft Apartments

Amazing experience and I'm not even a resident yet!!! The Leasing Team is outstanding, I felt right at home and eager to strike a deal before I even had my tour. Angel was extremely knowledgeable about the property and explained everything well. All of my questions were answered and I was educated on the property and surrounding areas. I can see why all of the current residents walk around proudly with a smile. This place is very clean and well kept and you can see the effort put into the environment that truly makes it a home. I look forward to getting my keys in a few months.

My tour experience at Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts was overall positive and informative with Angel. The touring guide was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the property. She did a great job explaining the building’s history, amenities, and available floor plans, and she was patient in answering all of our questions without rushing the tour. The property itself is beautiful and unique, especially the historic architecture, exposed brick, and loft-style layouts. Common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were clearly explained during the tour. We appreciated being able to get a realistic sense of what living there would feel like.

We toured this beautiful space on Friday with the property manager Tellys and when I say the customer service and care he took with us was amazing! We had what seemed like a million questions, but he was so patient and answered all our questions and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. If only other properties had themselves a Tellys! That you for taking such great care of us!

I loved touring the property with Tellys! There is a lot of great outdoor space. The units are super spacious and the windows are huge, which I loved. I have a while before I can lease, but the property is definitely at the top of my list.

TOUR REVIEW Let me start by saying Tellys, the Property Manager, was absolutely amazing!!! He was welcoming, enthusiastic, and exemplified top tier customer service skills. He showed us several apartments in two different buildings, in addition to the onsite amenities. He was so incredibly patient answering the many inquiries we had. Tellys needs to teach a master class to other ATL leasing staff on how to make an A+ first impression. Thanks again Tell!
