High rent for dirty bathrooms, garbage pick once a week, cleaning service once a month, dark parking lot with narrow space, no camera or security

Rent at ur own risk the owner admitted to swat calling on me which resulted in me being arrested. Mr. Fudenna seems to think it’s ok to do this. He lives in a fantasy world where he is white even brags about once being allowed to use whites only restrooms during the days of segregation in the Deep South. I guess that makes him immune to racism him being born in a Japanese internment camp himself makes me feel like he’s even more delusional.The property has mold roaches and other pest problems including homeless. Water was coming out brown for a whole day I couldn’t even do business. Then he takes a bury his head in the sand approach to problems I thought highly of him until he accused me of having a drug problem when I complained about the up keep of the property

One of the worst places to rent a building. Unethical people. AC of my unit was not working. Despite several emails it took them 4 days to get the problem fixed. The guy In unit beside me smokes Hashish. I have already notified The management but I guess they r more worried about rent rather Than safety.. Don't rent from them.. Ever

Never had an issue leasing with them!
