Fruitland Meadow

I’ve been living here since 2019, and it’s been a great experience. The management team and maintenance crew are always helpful and responsive — anytime I need something, they’re quick to jump in and take care of it. The property is kept clean and well-maintained, which really makes it feel like home. I’ve also had a few family friends move in and they have loved it! I love my view 😍

Great place to live we’ve been having a good experience here, it’s almost a year of living at these complex and all staff, managers and maintenance people are super friendly and nice. They are very helpful and understanding. I also love the fact that they do small community events at the apartments every once in a while that gives opportunities for the community to interact. The apartment complex is always maintained clean and that’s something I appreciate.

I feel so lucky to live at Fruitland Meadow! Not only is the management team kind and attentive, but the community itself is truly special. Everyone looks out for each other, and it’s rare to find such a supportive, friendly atmosphere in an apartment setting. One of my favorite parts of living here is waking up to the calming view of the trees each morning — it makes the whole place feel peaceful and refreshing. Combine that with the clean, well-kept grounds and great amenities, and it’s honestly the perfect place to call home. Highly recommend!

Erik was very nice and helpful, he has a great sense of humor. Very informative, and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely reccomend renting with him :)

Just wanted to share my experience with property manager Erik... he has been such a delight and very helpful. He was very thorough and helpful with my move in process and is quick and ready to fix any concerns or issues I have had. The communication from him has been very wonderful and I am very appreciative of all his help throughout this process. My experience so far has been great, everyone around seems very friendly.
