I called to see process about buying a home with my credit issues asking what I need to improve. I had a meeting and they took all my info to run my credit, connected my bank account, provided income then they never called me back after that. I know I have some credit issues but at least contacting me to tell me its impossible would have been better then not contacting me at all.
