Frontier Ridge Apartments

Brianna, the new manager, is great. Since she has taken over the apartments outside (thanks Glen as well) have stayed cleaner the grass cut every week which was a big problem before. I went in today to speak to her about some things about my apartment and she had the maintenance request in the same day. She's very down to earth and personable . The apartments are nice apartments,Pretty spacious and have washer dryer hookups but they also have a on-site laundromat, Dishwashers and a nice balcony. The pool this summer has been great, clean,kept up, no trash no crazy stuff going on. Not a bad place to live at all.

I had a birthday 🎂 party at the club house where the office is the management was so sweet & nice & helpful on everything the birthday party went so well everything is so convenient differently do another party again because the kids & everyone had an amazing time i was so happy thanks to the management office plenty of space they had 3 tables chairs & a couch bathroom to go to & a gym rite there the kids loved it & they have a swimming pool thats open in the summer it was amazing thankyou so much highly recommend 😊

Now that there is new management some things have improved such as the grass being up kept and the grounds cleaned. There is constant complaints about children and notes weekly but have seen absolutely nothing done to provide the children an area to play and enjoy themselves. This is an apartment complex that has many residents with kids and it seems that they do not care at all for the children. They have an on site pool that has since been closed after being open a week due to rocks in the pool and residents threatened that the pool may remain closed for the season for this reason. As I stated before they only complain about children they do not offer any adequate answers or options for the kids to do anything. It is understandable that unruly children being outside and being a nuisance

Su is super nice and incredibly helpful. She truly cares about us and guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Thanks to her support, we were able to secure this apartment effortlessly. Highly recommend!

The new management is wonderful and doing a great job. They{re a pleasure to talk with and they smile! Apartments are nice and big and the grounds are looking good. Thank you!
