Frisco Apartments on Walnut

If you need a place to live fast this is where to go. but it’s gone downhill fast. Management is in the apartment every 30 days to check the supposed sprinkler system. After all the hidden fees parking and different things it cost about $1700 a month for a two bedroom Apartment. No snow removal for that price. Maintenance is constantly in your business. Don’t walk but run away from this place as fast as possible can’t wait to get out of my lease. 1 star out of 5

It’s definitely a nice place for sure. The only problems we’ve had thus far is the day we moved in they forgot we were moving in LOL. We also had a few minor things wrong such as a missing drawer in the kitchen, as well as the main burner on the stove not working. The burner was fixed immediately when we moved in as well as they came a sprayed for pest. Other comments have been left about trash outside on the ground and I agree I’ve seen a lot of that. It is valet trash that comes daily so maybe that’s the issue? I’m having to deal with the smoking policy right now as well as I’m confused on where I can and can’t smoke. They say it’s a “smoke free” property and don’t want you to smoke around the parking areas, they say there’s designated areas for smoking and I have yet to find what they’

As you can read from the other recent reviews, this apartment complex has gone downhill quickly. I can’t WAIT to move. 1. The apartment manager never answers her phone. I can get an email response, but like others mentioned the office doors are consistently locked. I waited almost 30 minutes outside the office on the day we arranged a time to renew our lease. 2. It seems like they don’t keep up with the cleanliness of the general area like previous owners did. They are remodeling units, and have been leaving old appliances outside of complexes. Trash everywhere, no kind of effort to get tenants to clean after their pets. The fact that the apartment listing mentions a dog park is laughable, but I won’t get started on that. 3. I have been here about six weeks and absolutely love it here. As a single woman I feel safe, and the staff here is very responsive. The upgraded units are spacious and lovely! Highly recommend.

I do not recommend it. They set a price and then they take too much money from you, they demand a lot and they do not comply with anything. I lived there for a year, they towed my car and did not send me an email. They said that it was not a parking lot there.
