BAIT AND SWITCH!!! The website clearly states that water, trash and sewage are INCLUDED with the rent.. But, the agent told me they actually CHARGE an additional $80 for those same utilities ON TOP of the base rent. This is deceptive trade practice and illegal. Stay away from this complex and their shady tactics to lure residents in.

**Title: Disappointing Experience** I recently had the unfortunate experience of living here, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others make a better-informed decision. Firstly, the maintenance took sometime to get things fixed. I reported several issues, including central heat blowing out cold air, broken appliances such as the dryer not working properly, window’s not opening. According to renters laws that’s a fire hazard. I’ve mentioned this issue for a week straight and keep getting the runaround. It’s taking an unreasonably long time for them to be addressed. When maintenance did arrive, the problems were often poorly resolved. When the central air goes out you will be waiting over 5 days before they fix it. They do the bare minimal when it comes to fixing things. You

Wondering if you've got hot water here unlike their other location. Seems they only respond to other ppls comments on here so I figured I'd try every location.

I lived in fringe coutyards for about 5 years now, im so happy to be living here in a safe gated area. Even more happy with the maintenance Luis, hes always has fixed our issues quickly and always made sure our apartment is good.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and This has been a great experience with living, location, and property management. First off, Kim the property manager is very easy to work with and reliable. She has gone out of her way and has quickly responded to any issues(maintenance) or questions I’ve had. I do like the area because it’s in the center of everything. Also, it’s been easy with respectful neighbors and quiet at night when needed. I will miss living here and the only reason I moved is because my job moved !
