Fringe City View Apartments

Absolutely amazing apartments. The location is phenomenal, being walking distance to many shops, bars, and the light rail. Chase, the property manager, was so nice to work with and helped with any issues that I ever had. The views are beautiful as well! For the price, I don't think you can find better in Phoenix.

Just moved in for a week and so far I am SUPER happy! Ethan was so accommodating for my needs as a new tenant and was very responsive and helpful. So far I'm very grateful that the sound dampening seems effective, I can't hear my neighbors at all, but when I walk outside I can see they've got TVs on and such so that truly is a blessing. The fringe city location is perfectly walkable to downtown but also kind of private and tucked away. Also in-unit washer dryer 🙏 Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a spot!

This apartment complex is a rare quaint and quiet spot in the middle of the city. Unlike other apartment management that I have experienced in the past, Madhern gets back to tenants fairly quickly, which I appreciate.

I live here for a long time the owner is very very greedy and also he likes to go in my apartment when I’m not home and he goes in other peoples apartments I’ve heard one neighbor say that he stole my money from my dresser so people watch out get an alarm system don’t rent here
