Friendly Garden Apartments are amazing! The brand new apartments look beautiful, and the area is peaceful and lovely. The tour and the whole application and lease signing process were so smooth thanks to Koleen. She is incredibly professional, super helpful, and so sweet. She gave us a great tour that made it easy for us to choose our favorite apartment. Highly recommend!

I couldn't wait to write my review of my experience with Koleen and Friendly Gardens. I am new to the city for work, and chose to find an apartment over a home as I am currently a home owner in Atlanta. Budget, accessibility, comfort, amenities, and the overall feel of the place was super important to me.
