These people are incredibly unprofessional and rude. I regret moving into this complex because they are absolutely no help. They never answer the phone, and when they finally do, they act annoyed from the moment the call begins. I don’t understand who is hiring staff who can’t show basic decency, won’t listen, and constantly talk over residents. If they dislike their job so much, why even show up? Management really needs to reevaluate the front office staff and who they choose to represent this place. I’ll definitely be warning others not to move here, because I won’t be making this mistake again.

This complex does NOT rate a positive review, it's mismanaged by the owners who seem to have some political power. There are broken sidewalks that have NOT been repaired for the last 3+ decades. The rent is high due to 'industry standards' and who decided that I'm suspicious of. The maintenance is short staffed which has been here in a lot of cases. Why do they get away with this???

These people are so rude especially maintenance, they have never been to nice anyone we know in this complex. I’m surprised BBB hasn’t shut them down or done an investigation on them. Because they are horrible

I lived in the 13 story bldg back in the 1970's back then the complex was owned by NY Life. I lived at 189-04 64th Ave.

They never call back when you ask about apartment they have listed
