I do not recommend renting here if you have a family. Management seems to not care about residents based off my experience. Elevators have been out since 2/11/26. Still out as of 2/17/26. Unacceptable. I called the management office and was told “they’re working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Staff member must have been confused with what an inconvenience means. All elevators being out for a 13 floor building isn’t inconvenient. It’s a burden, hardship and hazardous situation. Staff can at least pretend to care. This is unacceptable and management needs to step up and give CONCRETE ANSWERS.

Just an FYI Since I’ve been living here, the management company has increased my rent by $180 the first year and now $200 this year, despite no improvements or upgrades to the apartment. Raising the rent this much without any changes is unreasonable. I’ve spoken with neighbors who do not have rent-controlled units, and their increases were only around $50. Unfortunately, I will not be renewing my lease. Future tenants should be aware of these significant annual rent hikes. 0/5 Star

I would not risk moving here. After over a year of constant complaints to management about loud, incompetent, rowdy neighbors, we had to fight to break the lease and so we finally did and left. No security or ease of mind when living here.. We had to bring in a lawyer so that management would finally take proper action. Every single time I spoke with someone in management, they’d have the same nasty tone and rude demeanor. They don’t seem to want to help nor did they even act like our case was something to consider. Highly unprofessional and forget it if you send them an email, you will never hear a response back. JENNY IS THE WORST 10/10 do not RECOMMENDED ! I Wish I could give zero stars This is the worst complex to even apply to so It makes me wonder about the living situation! I literally came to the review to see who was a good broker to deal with and last week and seen Jenny with a couple good reviews. A TOTAL LIE ! SHE IS THE WORST JUDGEMENT HUMAN BEING ON THIS PLANET AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC! Please do not use her as a broker.
