Dawn, Ed, and Devon are awesome! They are all super nice and helped us feel welcome and went the extra mile with the apartment and the lease. Dawn deserves some praise because even if I try really hard to find something negative about her, I can’t. She is honest, friendly, and respectful. The property is amazing with a lot of friendly people around! I would definitely recommend this place and it already feels like home.

We had an amazing experience moving into French Garden Estates. Dawn, the property manager, was super helpful and kind—she treated us like family. Before we moved in, they installed brand-new carpet and gave everything a fresh coat of paint, which made the apartment feel clean and welcoming from the start. She also replaced a glass door in our toddler’s room with a solid one for safety. The apartment itself is perfect for us—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a washer and dryer in the unit and a nice patio. The view is beautiful, looking out over a pond and a native plant field. It’s quiet and peaceful here, with friendly neighbors. We love hearing the bullfrogs at night—it’s such a peaceful sound. And my toddler gets a kick out of seeing and hearing the cows across the field during the day

We are very happy to be living here. The application process was simple. Dawn was a huge help. She has been awesome from the very first time we stopped in to inquire about availabilities. Thank you so much Dawn.

I’ve lived at French Garden Estates for almost 3 years now in a one-bedroom apartment, and I have absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, and my apartment has truly felt like home. I love it so much that my boyfriend and I are moving into a two-bedroom here next month, and we couldn’t be more excited! The landlord, Dawn, has been amazing to work with. She’s always responsive, on top of things, and clearly cares about both the residents and the property. She’s created such a positive experience here, and it really shows:) I would definitely recommend French Garden Estates to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have only been here since August but I have really enjoyed my apartment and my experience with Dawn, the property manager. Dawn has been a huge help since I moved in and I enjoy having a manager that is knowledgeable and friendly to go to when I have questions. I love the location of these apartments and the price is reasonable for having a garage and a spacious patio. It is also a huge plus having an in unit washer and dryer as many apartments in this price range do not have that bonus! Heat is also included so you can’t go wrong! Highly recommended for those looking for a convenient location, friendly and personable management, and a place that feels like home.
