Fremont Villas Apartments

I've been here since 1/2018. Yes the prices have gone up, but it is still cheaper than other places. The management company is the best since I've been renting apartments, across the country, since 2000. Every issue (3 in 8 years) has been taken care of in less than 3 hours. Polite and helpful office staff. Security guard overnight. The laundry room could have better machines etc. I wish all of them were attached to pay range, but that is not the case. Some of the machines say they are, but they are not. The dryers are falling apart. However, it's a great, safe place to live. Please fix the laundry room.

Fremont Villas is a diamond in the rough. The apartments are clean and current, maintenance is consistently swift in their response, and the office staff is kind, conscientious, and attentive. Having laundry on premises is incredibly convenient. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities, and private parking to go with gate codes are perfect consideringthe neighborhood. I moved here in 2020 thinking it would be a short term move, but am happily living here 5 years later. I can't say enough about Fremont Villas.

I moved into the neighborhood in July, 2022. I find no fault with the apartment complex in general. The rooms are spacious, the rent is reasonable. The neighbors seems mostly quiet. The management and staff are friendly. It offers free WiFi, laundry room facilities, pool, spa and a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend here as a place to live.

The staff is extremely friendly and really made me feel welcomed to the community! The residents themselves are also good natured individuals! I enjoy my new home.

This place is a prime example of how not to run an apartment complex. Office staff seem nice at first, but become hostile at any situation between them and tenants. Especially after move-out, staff was rude and unaccomodating, and almost hateful. They will tell you that you can't keep items outside your apartment, but will fully allow your neighbors to do so with no warning. Roach infested apartments will ruin all your electronics, and their pest control is inconsistent and ineffective. Parking spots cost $75 each just to park in their dingy backlot where homeless stay the night. Washers and dryers in the laundry room are constantly down, and only a few machines work through the advertised app, and sometimes don't even fully work.
