Fremont Oaks

Lived here for five years. Of those years the pool has been closed 2 full summers ! The mailboxes get broken into at least twice a year every year. The HOA has done nothing to fix it. Five years no mail!

When I first moved here it was decent back in 2022 however in the past three years that I have lived in this complex it is becoming worse day by day. They raise the HOA fees this year to crazy amount, and they don't even fix anything on the property. The mailboxes are always broken we can never receive our mail, the HOA does absolutely nothing about it. The mail room is so dirty there are spider webs everywhere, never gets cleaned. Same with the trash people just throw and dump their trash everywhere. Instead of raising the HOA fees they should try to resolve these other issues why should we pay more when nothing is being done. The landscapers come and blow the leaves everywhere making our front porch dirty, they are very un-attentive. They even broke one of our solar lights on the groun

The HOA does not care. A tree broke my window and it took the HOA six months to fix it. We didn't have hot water for three weeks. We didn't get mail for five months. The fence around the pool has been broken and there is caution tape.

The HOA is really bad. You will have problem with Receiving Daily Mails. The mailbox issue is not fix over six months.

Owner runs around the complex taking pictures of everyone's car from early morning to late at night. Honestly really creepy.
