Fremont Arms Apartments

I have a friend who lives onsite and the property looks amazing. It’s always clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The property manager, Xochtil, was extremely friendly and professional. You can tell it’s well cared for.

I have had ongoing issues with maintenance at this apartment, and the manager, Xochitl, is never available when help is needed. Most recently, my gas stove stopped working and despite calling multiple times, I received no response. This is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety concern, and yet it was ignored. The lack of communication and responsibility from management is extremely unprofessional. Residents should not have to beg or chase down their manager for urgent repairs. Very disappointing experience.

Trying to deal with this place as a guest is a nightmare. The office never answers calls, even when inquiring about open apartments. Parking is terrible—there is no visitor parking inside, only on the street, and my car was stolen once because of it. When people complain, the manager Xochitl just says to “figure it out” and offers no real solution. On top of that, there’s no AC, nothing to make guests comfortable, and management is unresponsive and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

Please come by and review the property for your self and don't take the word of a tenant who left his apartment in such poor condition. We have nice, clean units at a reasonable rate.

I’ve had a great experience working with Alejandra and the service team. I think they are pretty good at communicating and nice people. I didn’t have problems with the apartment or issues that the service team didn’t get to right away. The community is nice and there are kids around. I think not having AC was something that was tough. Even with two floor ACs, it was still really hot in the apartment… would get into high 80s on hot days. Fremont gets hot and sometimes it would not cool down much. It’s a bummer because the apartments are really nice. Overall though I had a great experience!
